Orders from Ohio's county offices of Ohio State University Extension:

To ensure the best service possible to county Extension offices, we process orders from counties on a rotating basis. Submit your order by 5 p.m. the day before your order will be processed:

When ordering publications, include:

Your county, region, or center name
Your customer account number
Bulletin number, title, and number of copies desired

Discounts: County offices receive a 20 percent discount on all orders.

Back Orders: Publications that are currently out of stock will be back ordered for Ohio's county Extension offices and sent when available.

New/Revised Publications: One copy of each new or revised publication is sent in the weekly mail for county files. Titles and prices will be sent by e-mail. Availability of new or revised 4-H publications will be announced by the state 4-H office.

Payments: An invoice is sent with the order. It can be paid within 30 days of receipt. Please maintain weekly invoices to reconcile with monthly statements.

Credits: Credits will be granted to Ohio's county Extension offices for publications returned in salable condition within 120 days of shipment, but you cannot return fewer than five copies of a single publication. This applies to both current publications as well as those that are replaced by a revised version during this time period. Credits will not be issued after 120 days of shipment. Please include a copy of the invoice with returned items.

Customers should not deduct credits until they receive a credit memo notification from Media Distribution.

Credits are not accepted for out-of-state orders.
